  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

6. MANDATORY SHIPMENT & UNBOXING PROTOCOLS

  • Signature and Recipients: All orders require a signature upon delivery. If an alternative signatory (family, neighbor, colleague) signs for the delivery, the brand is not responsible for the items accepted.

  • Evidence for Claims: To report damage or tampering, a continuous 360-degree unboxing video showing the clear label and inner contents is strictly mandatory.

  • Reporting Window: Any issues must be emailed to support@adampare.com within 48 hours of delivery.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.

  • Mediation: Before resorting to litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation or formal mediation.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Adam Pare and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
