At Adam Pare, we are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances in the safest and most efficient manner. Please review the details of our shipping process below.
1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

High Volume Periods: During sales or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier partner issues, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) to ensure your package is handled with care. Please note that fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable Liquids) by air carriers; therefore, your package may be transported via surface shipping to comply with safety regulations.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Protocols & Signatures

Signature Required: To ensure the secure delivery of your luxury items, all Adam Pare packages require a signature upon receipt.

Alternate Recipients: If you are not available to receive the package, a family member or colleague may sign for it. However, please note that our [Return and Refund Policy] requires an unboxing video to be recorded by the person opening the package to claim any damages.

Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-shipping fee may apply for a second attempt.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damages: If your product arrives broken or tampered with, you must follow the mandatory 360-degree unboxing video protocol as outlined in our [Return and Refund Policy]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim at support@adampare.com.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours. We will open an inquiry with the shipping partner, which may take 3–5 business days to resolve.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Adam Pare ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to strict international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based fragrances.
